I have a passion for helping people understand the impact stress can play in our lives, and more importantly, what to do about it? how do we take a look at how we are feeling and what are we doing and work with our body and our mind and our emotions and reduce the impact of stress that is prevalent in our lives right now, so we can be happier and healthier.
This webinar is a compilation of neurosciences and research on how we can help ourselves and do our best.

She would want us to build our lives around our joy, not our jobs, and also whistle on our way to work most, If not all, days, and then leave work at work, going home to people and lives we love.
"[...] Our team has brought Robin Rose in to speak at our Professional Development sessions on several occasions and she has proven to be THE most popular speaker we have offered. Her teaching is very practical offering tips like remembering to breath to shift gears to your higher brain by oxygenating your prefrontal cortex; learning how to improve interpersonal relationships by eliminating blaming and complaining and offering your complete self to other people; to how to deal with stress and bring a calm, encouraging mindset to every situation by keeping your emotional health strong. Robin was our PDC speaker at the 2019 conference and brought in the highest attendance we've ever had! She was also our keynote speaker for the first day of the conference and she knocked it out of the park. [...] She truly taught me mindful listening and showed a visual demonstration of caring by her kindness and attention. [...] I would highly recommend Robin Rose to present or consult for your organization and her book is not only a great review, but icing on the cake!"

Robin taught me about how breathing creates different chemicals in the brain, during inhalation and exhalation. Slow exhales create serotonin and endorphins, allowing the person to be in a responsive, rather than reactive mode. It also helps people relax and reduce stress. I believe this is one of the most important teachings of our time, because our modern life is so stressful. Thank you, Robin.
